Clevermind needed to schedule meetings and calls with researchers, government officials, an organizations around the world with attendees in different time zones and locations. Clevermind needed to have a single system that was simple, branded, and that didn't require any IT administration or support.
Clevermind uses Timebridge to control an ever changing calendar requests and meeting invitations.
Using Custom Events, team members allow prospects and inbound inquires to automatically self-schedule calls, demos, and trainings. Timebridge is also used to initiate group meetings and calls with researchers around the world in different time zones.
