1. When scheduling a meeting, just click “Make it a web conference” to add a web conferencing link.
All attendees will get this information in their confirmation and reminder emails—or in their calendar if they are connected or download the meeting to their personal calendar.
2. Below is a screen shot of how an actual TimeBridge web meeting appears to all users.
From the web conferencing page, presenters can share their computer screen, collaborate on a whiteboard, review a presentation, or even add a web cam. Attendees need not download any software to participate in the conference.
