TimeBridge lets you send an email invitation to your attendees but with TimeBridge you can propose up to 5 meeting times. Your attendees tell you which times work for them and TimeBridge automatically selects the best time and notifies everyone!

Work with your personal calendar—Outlook or Google

When you integrate your calendar with TimeBridge, you can see your personal calendar items while you propose meeting times and automatically hold those proposed times on your calendar until a meeting time is confirmed. And you can share your availability with others even if they are outside your company or on other calendaring systems.
